About the Venue - So much to do & see!

  • Children's Show Fun packed shows and disco. Weekends and school holidays Easter to October.
  • Farmyard Favourites NEW mural to enjoy around Farmyard Favourites as you get close to the real life stars of children’s stories from Three Little Pigs to Billy Goats Gruff. You can purchase animal feed from the admissions desk.
  • Guinea Pig Village Hatton’s resident guinea pigs in their very own miniature village.
  • Under 5's Indoor Play Tractor Trek, sand pit, play houses and lots of fun - a special place for youngsters.

  • Goats Bridge Watch the goats walk across the bridge and avoid the trolls!
  • Think Food and Farming Growing Patch Find out about the journey from farmers field to your fork. Easter to October daily.
  • Meet the Shepherd Find out just what a shepherd gets up to. Weekends and school holidays Easter to October.
  • Pig Palace Mud Mud and more Mud – fit for a King or Queen.
  • Bird-o-batics Falconry Displays Meet our birds of prey and discover why they are truly "masters of the air" as they display their incredible skill and agility in our spectacular Falconry Displays. We have a mix of birds including hawks, falcons and owls and try to involve the audience wherever possible.

  • Rare Breeds Farm Hatton is an approved Rare Breeds Farm involved in the conservation, breeding and promotion of rare or endangered breeds of farm animals. Some of the breeds you will see include Longhorn Cattle, White Park Cattle, Wensleydale Sheep, Tamworth Pigs and Gloucester Old Spot Pigs.
  • Events Arena The place for all that’s happening at our special events each holiday period.
  • Hatton Sheepstakes The sheep will be paraded so you can pick your winner, place your bet with the farmer and cheer on your sheep as it races for the finishing line - racing gone Baa-my! If your sheep is first across the line you will win a special badge. Sheep racing takes place Easter to October, weekends & school holidays.
  • Daft Duck Trials See how our sheepdog rounds up our featured friends.Weekends and school holidays Easter to October..
  • Gold Rush Try your hand at panning for gold - great fun for all ages. Dig deep through the water into the sand and find ten pieces of gold to win a medal!
  • Fun Fair Rides Fairground fun for youngsters with old fashioned fairground rides including a merry-go round and spinning tea-cup ride. Open daily from Easter to October.
  • Summer Sunflowers & Strawberries The sights and taste of summer at Hatton. (Selected dates only).

  • Bouncy Barn Soft Play Centre Our indoor Bouncy Barn Soft Play Centre is open daily from 9.30am - 4.00pm, entrance is £2.25 per child (£1.00 with a wristband) for 1/2 hour play. There is a height restriction of 4'6" rather than an age. A great opportunity for the children to let off steam whatever the weather with a bouncy slide, climbing frames and ball pit.
